In doing so, they are verified by the school's student leaders as they have achieved a certain level within each strand and are certified accordingly.

World Class Leadership Showcase event - July
Each year, students from the MAT schools get together and lead projects with students from the other schools. These projects have a lasting legacy for the host school and are designed to enable students to demonstrate their leadership and entrepreneurial skills. Following student requests, local businesses and trade people donate resources and time to support the event.

- Designing and creating a sensory garden
- Designing and creating sustainable and eco-friendly seating for the sensory garden
- Designing and creating an indoor mural, celebrating and reflecting our core values of Kindness, Integrity, Humility, Courageousness and Perseverance
- Designing and creating a mosaic using the Finham Park School colours to feature at the entrance to the sensory garden
- Designing and creating a visual learning journey of our personal development programme with QR coding embedded
- Designing and building a bug hotel
- Designing and creating hanging decorations for under the covered eating areas that highlight our Trust values of Kindness, Respect, Honesty, Teamwork, Integrity and Enjoyment
- Designing and painting our outdoor piano that celebrates the performing arts.
- Develop the FInham ‘Lake’ wildlife SSSI.
