Finham students raise over £600 for Uganda Primary Schools
Finham Park School pupils have raised over £600 during our annual Uganda quiz night!
100% of the money raised will go to purchasing resources for primary schools we support in Uganda. The money will be spent by Ugandan teachers when students get there in October 2024 on their African immersion trip.
Thank you to all our supporters who came to the evening. It was a great event and highlighted the importance of supporting and educating young people all over the world.
Finham pupils will be living with African students, listening to each other and learning more about each other's culture. They will engage in the Jinja annual youth conference where topics such as Globalisation, The Environment, The place of Social Media in Society, Equality, Concepts of Justice, and the Place of Religion in Society will all be discussed.
