Finham Park School is proud of its reputation as a highly successful Academy with Specialist College status in Mathematics and Computing, and our Sixth Form Centre is highly successful in its own right. We offer students an extensive choice of academic courses with a substantial degree of flexibility and our 2012 results reflect our success, with 56.6% students achieving A*-B at A2 Level and an average IB points score of 32. Furthermore, we are the only school in Coventry with the status to offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, and we are very enthusiastic about this provision and confident that it is a most worthwhile alternative to A levels.
We aim to develop confident, successful students who are able to follow the future direction of their choice. Most Finham students are successful in securing places on the most popular courses at the most competitive universities. We also provide opportunities for personal development, including independent thinking and leadership, to help students acquire new skills, pursue interests and use talents effectively. We ask students to sign up to our ethos which offers a holistic approach to education. We recognise the individual qualities and aspirations of our students and we do our utmost to make sure that we bring out the very best in everyone.
