 AS/A2 Business Studies
Entry Requirements
You will need 5 GCSEs grade A - C. Information Technology skills would also be helpful.
Course content
By the end of this course you will have a general understanding of the problems faced by business and have started to see how such problems could be tackled.
AS LEVEL: In Year 12, you will study two modules which cover the setting up and managing of a small business.
A2 LEVEL: In Year 13, you will study two more modules with the emphasis on larger businesses and on how businesses relate to the wider economy.
Assessment (AQA Modular)
The course is modular with examinations in January and June of both years. You can retake most of the modules.
