'Out of School Hours Learning' (OOSHL) set to break records
Students at Finham Park School will be able to enrol from next week in a larger array of different clubs than last year through the new 'My Child at School' app (MCAS). A wide range of fun activities will broaden the student experience and is set to ignite pupils' interest and enthusiasm as they explore various opportunities for growth.
In preparation, pupils and parents have been downloading and signing up to the app all week with over 900 users now successfully navigating this app.
Reporting a child's progress will only be done through this new app, 'My Child at School'. If parents/carers have not already downloaded this app and logged on, here is how they can do that:
To sign up to the MCAS app:
- Download MCAS app from your app store.
- Enter the school’s postcode (CV3 6EA) or enter the school’s code (15023).
- Input the email address the school has registered for your child.
- IMPORTANT: Check your email (and junk inbox) for your onetime passcode. (You will receive a onetime passcode to that email address, which is time-limited).
- Input this code to enable your login to be activated.
- NB: Message the school through the app to alert the school if you have more than one child here, but can only see one child on the MCAS app.
