Finham MAT World Class Student Leadership Day
Over 100 students from across all 8 Finham Park MAT schools attended an inaugural Leadership Showcase event on Monday 8 July 2024. They worked in teams of students with ages ranging from 10 to 18. The projects they worked on celebrated the core values of the Multi Academy Trust.
Finham MAT Core Values: Kindness, Respect, Honesty, Teamwork, Integrity and Enjoyment
The creative installations they developed together were designed and constructed in one day. They had to work in teams, not knowing the majority of the other team members. They had to co-ordinate, agree, resolve any differences and produce something that would have lasting value. Well done on such a successful day.
